Returns

The return of any goods shall require the agreement of both parties.

Steps to return an item:

Request your return via e-mail to info@reallynicethings.es within 30 days of receiving your order. Please let us know in this email the order number, product and the reason why you are returning the item, as well as attach a picture of the defective item.

Once we have received your return request, we will contact you to tell you what steps to take in case of a return.

Then our courier company will pick up the item at the time you tell us. Transport costs shall be borne by the customer. Then prepare the package to be collected in its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been torn and that the article has not been used. Returns must meet these conditions to be accepted.

Once the item has been received at our premises and inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you that your return has been accepted.

From this date, we have 14 working days to refund the purchase price except for transport costs, which will only be refunded if www.https://reallynicethings.es/en/ be responsible for the reason for the return of the product. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the purchase.

If you do not meet any of these conditions, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning items that have not been accepted. All costs arising from such return, including transport of these items, shall be borne by you.
